If you would like to use your insurance, please note that I can take Aetna, Anthem, Cigna/Evernorth, United Healthcare/Optum, and will soon be able to take Humana. I am currently unable to take Medicaid and Medicare.EMDR Session

Subpoenas
$150 / hourSubpoenas for written reports and/or summaries.Testifying in Court or a Deposition
$350+$350 for the first hour and $150 for every subsequent hour.Additional Fees
$150 / hourPreparation time for reports, summaries, or testimony.
Travel expenses to and from the place of testimony will be included in billable time.
The client and/or their guardians will be responsible to reimburse Rooted Wisdom Counseling Services for all expenses (including attorneys’ fees) incurred in responding to, resisting, or limiting the scope of the subpoena or discovery request or in obtaining a protective order to limit further disclosure.
